My reason is my experience has been when I develop and write the plan, the plan is mine and the person do not follow the plan. But if the person develop the plan and conduct the critical thinking and research process and write the plan they most likely would follow their plan. I help the persons to build and develop their plan by facilitating the process. the cost is much cheaper and the plan is most likely to succeed. I am an expert in problem solving techniques such as Cause and Effect mefhods. We are expert of varioue business concept such as Theory of Constraints (TOC), Just in Time (JIT), Material Resource Planning (MRP)II Member of DUNNS aand BRADSTREET.

What is a Plan and how can use it?
A plan is a series of documented process developed from Critical Thinking. These processes are similar to consulting a Road Map going from one part of the country to the other. Prior of starting on the trip, you study the map and lay out the path to the designation. Once you start on the trip, you just follow the plan. The only way you can fail is that you do not follow the plan. This is the same concept in developing and following a business plan. If you conduct the critical thinking process successfully, your business will reach all of it's goals or desired objectives.
